ep92 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ep92, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ep92.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ep92 platform. ep92 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ep92, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration. ep92 is strictly an adult platform. Creating an account while under 18 is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You must provide accurate, true and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details.
• You must be the person you claim to be — registering under a false identity, using another person's details or misrepresenting your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active ep92 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

ep92 verifies identity as part of the account process. You may be required to provide supporting documents — such as a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification — before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement to protect your account and comply with platform security practices.

3Account Rules

Each registered player on ep92 is permitted to hold one account only. The following rules apply to all ep92 accounts:

• You may not open, operate or benefit from more than one ep92 account. Duplicate accounts detected by ep92 will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. Do not share these with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your ep92 account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If your account is accessed by someone else using your credentials, ep92 bears no liability for resulting losses.
• You must notify ep92 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ep92 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or otherwise assign your account to any other person.
• ep92 may request updated identity documents at any point for security or verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — email address, phone number and address — up to date. Account communications from ep92 will be sent to the details on record, and ep92 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ep92 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits are processed instantly.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits are processed instantly.
• Raast — instant bank-to-wallet transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank transfers, processed within standard banking hours.
• Debit and Credit Cards — card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's processing times.

Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time. There are no deposit fees charged by ep92. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — ep92 has no control over third-party fees.

Deposited funds are available for use on ep92 immediately upon confirmed receipt. ep92 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people will be refused and returned where possible.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ep92 are paid out in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a valid government-issued ID such as your CNIC.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard security measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) and PKR 2,000 for bank transfer and card methods.
• ep92 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your PKR withdrawal amount is what you receive.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically same-day; bank transfers take one to three business days.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus balance. Your withdrawable balance is always shown separately in your account dashboard.
• ep92 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing window, contact ep92 support with your account details and withdrawal reference number. The support team will investigate with the payment provider and provide an accurate update.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ep92 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are commun icated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on ep92:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the bonus — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and shown separately from your real-money balance. The real-money balance is always withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times will have all accounts suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• ep92 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after it has been claimed, ep92 will communicate the change and handle any affected balances fairly.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus payout — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

7Sports Betting Rules

ep92 offers sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), Football, Esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ep92:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by ep92's system.
• Odds displayed are the odds at the time of bet placement. For in-play bets, the odds at the moment of confirmation apply, not the odds displayed when you began placing the bet.
• If a match or event is postponed, suspended or abandoned, ep92's void and settlement rules for that sport will apply. Typically, bets on events that do not reach a natural conclusion are voided and stakes returned, unless specific in-play markets have already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are set by ep92 and may differ by sport, event and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• ep92 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to a system fault or human error. Where bets are voided under this rule, stakes are returned in full.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspensions during key moments in a match — wickets, goals, timeouts — to allow odds recalculation. Bets submitted during a suspension are queued and accepted at the updated odds once the suspension lifts.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. The specific limits are communicated in the sports betting section of ep92 and may be updated from time to time.

For Cricket and PSL betting specifically, results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result in a rain-affected match, settlement follows the official DLS outcome.

8Casino & Slots Rules

ep92 offers Slots, Live Casino and other casino-style games. The following rules apply to casino play on ep92:

• All casino games on ep92 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, real dealers operating under standard casino procedures. Game outcomes are not influenced by ep92 or any external party.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are available in the game information panel within each game. RTP is a long-run statistical measure and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Casino games played with an active bonus may be subject to game contribution weighting for wagering requirement purposes. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; Live Casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
• Technical faults during a casino session — disconnection, system errors — are handled according to ep92's technical fault policy. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault, the round is voided and the stake returned. Winnings already credited before a fault are not affected.
• ep92 reserves the right to remove, update or replace casino games at any time. Games from third-party providers are subject to those providers' maintenance schedules.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ep92. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Creating more than one ep92 account, or assisting another person in doing so to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with ep92's betting or gaming systems.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in ep92's software, odds feeds or payment systems.
• Placing bets designed to guarantee a payout by exploiting bonus terms — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or arbitrage betting against bonus conditions.
• Using funds sourced from fraudulent, stolen or unlawful activity to deposit on ep92.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform — placing deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of cleaning funds.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ep92 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10Account Suspension & Closure

ep92 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Identified or suspected underage use.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

If your account is suspended in error, contact ep92 support with your account details and the support team will review and resolve the situation. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance may be returned at ep92's discretion after investigation. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of Terms breach.

You may also voluntarily close your ep92 account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon account closure request. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

11Privacy & Data

ep92 collects and processes personal data — including your name, contact details, identity documents and transaction history — for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying identity and complying with platform security requirements.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only where necessary for payment processing (with your selected payment provider), identity verification and platform security operations. Full details of how ep92 handles your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering on ep92, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of the data ep92 holds about you by contacting support.

12Responsible Gaming

ep92 is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all players and can be accessed through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you after a specified amount of continuous time on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block yourself from accessing ep92. Short-term self-exclusion periods of 1, 3 or 6 months are available, as well as permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during the session.

ep92 is for entertainment. Gambling should always be funded from money you can afford to spend — it is not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. 13Limitation of Liability

ep92 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While ep92 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, temporary downtime for maintenance, technical faults or third-party service disruptions may occur. ep92 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

• ep92 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• ep92 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in missed bets, disconnection during live casino sessions or delayed transactions.
• ep92's liability in relation to any single incident is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly affected by that incident.
• ep92 does not provide financial advice. Betting and gaming involve risk — you should only use funds you can afford to lose.

Nothing in these Terms limits ep92's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraudulent misrepresentation by ep92.

14Changes to Terms

ep92 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ep92 will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notice on the platform. The updated date shown at the top of this page is updated each time changes are made.

Your continued use of ep92 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using ep92 and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any withdrawable balance.
